Londonderry Offices at Seaham

The Londonderry Offices built in 1857 by the 3rd Marchioness of Londonderry to bring together the administration and management of her pits, railways, docks and other ancillary undertakings. Later sold and used as the Seaham Police Headquarters. Now private apartments known as "Marquess Point"
