Adam & Eve's Gardens in Dawdon Dene.

Top centre - Dene House built as a residence for the Londonderry Agents. Later donated and used as a Miners Chest Clinic.

Left - Londonderry Road with Wesleyan Chapel, Police and Magistrates Courts, Mary Magdalenes School and Church, Londonderry Drill Hall

The road bearing off to the right is Harbour Walk leading to Seaham Colliery railway station

Note: Dene House Farm above the Londonderry Drill Hall has been demolished. This site is where the Seaham STD Telephone Exchange was later built.
