St Cuthberts, Mill Inn, New Seaham
Park House was a "Chapel of Ease" acquired by Father Haggerty in 1929. On the land surrounding Park House and other land acquired nearby the new church of St Cuthberts was built in 1965.

St Cuthbert's Church:
Planning of this new church was begun by Father Gits but he was not to see the fruits of his work. He died on New Year's Day 1966.
